Property Advice and Support Services
We’ll work with you on the full spectrum of property services, we have experience handling planning applications and dealing with consultants for both commercial and residential properties. We also provide investment appraisals to ensure that everything is in check before you make any investment decisions. With our Beckenham-based professional team, you can be sure that you’re in safe hands, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure that all of your requirements are met.
We also offer LPA Receivership services and loan recovery advice concurrently for all of your property and investment advice needs.

Quraish Adamally ACMA.CGMA. CPA ( Aus)
Quraish has over 20 years of experience working for leading companies in Asia, South Africa & Europe.
Quraish is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a Member of Chartered Public Accountants Australia & holds a Master’s Degree from the University of West London.
He is passionate about helping small businesses and will not miss an opportunity to increase your profitability. He is a strong believer in automation, process improvement and ensures you focus and achieve your business strategy.
Our clients appreciate that we manage all accounting, admin, and finance tasks so they can focus on their business expertise and grow.

Junior Partner / CFO
Irina Stucere. ACCA
Irina joined the firm in 2016 as an Accounts Assistant and has steadily progressed to a Partner in 2022.
She brings over 15 years’ experience in Accounting and Customer Service , is a Member of ACCA, holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Banking and is currently studying towards her ACA and CTA designations.
Keeping on top of deadlines, up to date with tax regulations, attention to detail and efficient work provides the best value for money for our clients. She is a firm believer that small businesses are the lifeblood of an economy, her strongest skills are problem solving and automation of processes to improve the cashflow and efficiencies of SME’s. She also speaks fluent Latvian and Russian.

Property Manager
Jackie Turkel
Joining Outsourced ACC in 2016, Jackie has played a key role in expanding and overseeing the operations of our Business Centre.
Since then, their responsibilities have grown to include managing the portfolio of assets.
They are a friendly, positive presence that can brighten any room.

Front Office/ Office Administration
Leah Boyle
Leah joined us in 2023 to assist with expanding client support and managing our business centre operations. She has worked in previous administrative and office manager roles.
She is passionate about her job and is always there to help our clients and tenants. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and dancing.

Alice Smyth
Alice joined our team in 2024, brining over 6 years experience in property management. She has a deep understanding of property operations, tenant relations and property maintenance.
Her expertise equips her to sufficiently manage property portfolios, ensuring the smooth running of both residential and commercial properties.
